The IMASK+ early treatment protocol (page 2) recommends:

Ivermectin2
0.4–0.6 mg/kg per dose (take with or after a meal [I have read that you need to take it with some fat]) — one dose daily, take for 5 days or until recovered. Use upper dose if:
1) in regions with aggressive variants (e.g. Delta);
2) treatment started on or after day 5 of symptoms or in pulmonary phase;
or 3) multiple comorbidities/risk factors.

and/or Hydroxychloroquine (preferred for Omicron): 200 mg PO twice daily; take for 5 days or until recovered.

I'm not sure if we had delta or omicron as the transition was on here at the time but if one already has IVM, might as well use it. Getting HCQ could take some time. Zelenko says either or both

We sailed through whichever variant we had by using the above. Was like a cross between the flu and a cold. We kept up the vitamins for 2 weeks but did the rest as prescribed. We used Emergen-C vitamin drink from Dollar General. Loaded with C plus a bunch of other stuff like your Bs.
