I just got over something that very well could have been omicron, but I didn’t test for it so don’t know. I was very tired and achy with very slight chest congestion and a very slight cough. Slept a LOT.

That happened to me too after nearly 2 weeks. Typical chronic fatigue was the indicator before that. I did drink a quart of Tonic water the evening before going to bed. Maybe it helped, who knows. There is some information suggesting not to take aspirin, Tylenol, or Ibuprofen before the fever breaks or it may become worse.
I just had the same identical thing you had. I just used my steroid inhaler as usual and also my albuterol rescue inhaler, took some montalukast I had in the cabinet I don’t usually need and kept to my daily Zelenko protocol. I was over the initial sickness by day three and have just experienced a lingering cough which always happens when I catch any upper respiratory virus.
