He’ll be out on bail tomorrow. Bail? Bail? He'll be released on recognizance by some wacko LA judge. That's assuming that Garcon will even press charges against the perp.
Personally, I'm still hoping that some smart LAPD officer will take the matter out of the court system's hands.
