Lets say half the world refuses the chip, the other half the global population amounts to 4,000,000,000 people, give or take a few hundred million. At $112 a pop, the net revenue would equal 450 Trillion dollars, minus cost of production, operating costs, etc.
A large portion of the 4 billion people are “dirt poor”, from developing countries and do not have even $112. Of course, this is easily solved (per folks like AOC) by taking over the production of the chip manufacturing company(ies) and taking from the rich to cover the expenses of the poor...massive wealth distribution in other words.
Short of a tyrannical Global Dictator and global government (and mass insanity), this is not possible, imo.
