I double checked my numbers using Reuters graphics. According to them, 61.9% of India’s population above the age of 18 has received at least 1 shot. In fact, they currently don’t give the vaccine to kids under 18.

The United States reports that 74.2% Americans (age 5 and above) have had at least one shot.

The UK reports that 77.5% have had at least 1 shot, which includes 12 and up in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland; England includes children as young as 2.

According to the union health ministry's data, India's Covid vaccination coverage has achieved 141.32 Crore (141,32,78,598) so far. Of these, 83,53,66,823 have received single shot and 57,79,11,775 are fully vaccinated

That's 1.413 billion shots, 835 million have had at least one shot and 578 million have had two shots out of a total of 940 million adults

From Bloomberg:

Over 65% of India’s roughly 94 crore adults had been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as of Dec. 31, according to data on the CoWin dashboard. Over 90% of the adults have received at least one shot of the vaccine.
