Take vitamin D and Zinc and get lots of Sun.

Add vitamin C as well. Heavy on the C and D, regular does of Zinc. You will be stronger, get it and be done. Blessings!

Yah, exactly. I would quarantine him to another part of the house. I know there isn't much you can do to separate the dogs but I would ask him to refrain from petting and touching them while sick.

My son had Covid last year. We live in AZ, so our house, while a decent size, is one floor. Split floor plan, so I quarantined him to the "kids" bedrooms side and I stayed on the master side. I had him text me if he needed drinks, food, etc. and left it outside his door.

The morning he started to feel sick-he thought it was just morning allergies and that he was tired-I drove about 2 hours with him.

I never caught it, thankfully. For him, 20, it was a very mild illness. He recovered in about 3 days but I kept my distance for about 10.
