My company gives me a religious exemption from the church of Numpty Allah to post here.
Mercy Health in NE Ohio just decided to go ahead with it. Even though we’re short on physicians and nurses. Many doctors have advised they will quit first.
Parkland Hospital in Dallas TX has required all employees and contractors to be vaccinated by Monday. Backed off from the edict Thursday evening.
They are under Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, who has ran to the cameras every chance he got to argue with Gov Abbott.
It is good the mandates are failing but because there is not enough staff is not a good reason. The mandates are tyrannical.

Not directly - I’m in a management role so can meet with them remotely through ZOOM when I have to. But I understand your point. I’ve already had to re-assign some employees under me to non-government accounts because of this nonsense.
Its not the number of patients.
They don’t have enough staff.
Its a trick. They tell you they have no more beds. Their beds are full.
A bed is a nurse.
In many areas this may die not with a bang but with a whimper.
Some organizations may never admit they rescinded their mandate, they may just never enforce it.
But—their employees should never forget that senior management was prepared to treat them like cattle for medical experimentation.

For the last week, there have been large crowds of people (like 15-20) standing in line outside the pharmacy in my local Safeway store.
I assume they are all there for booster shots.
But, it is really weird, because when the vaccine first came out in 2020, there were never more than 3 or 4 people waiting to get vaxxed.
The booster shots are free everywhere, so why would they be lining up in Safeway to get them?

Cleveland Clinic and others cancelled elective surgeries because they fired too many experienced doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff (x-rays. labs...) who have natural immunity after long time service.
ICU and other beds are empty when there are not enough ICU doctors, nurses, etc. on staff .
It’s just a meme I ‘borrowed’, help yourself.
Maybe they are there to get medications for the conditions they never had before they got the Notavax a few months ago?
The heart conditions.
The skin conditions.
The auto immune conditions.
Epilepsy.

99% of Americans have been vaccinated.

That has nothing to do with whether or not they require a vaccine shot for continued employment.
My son works for a federal contractor. His religious exemption requires him to jump through silly hoops. He’s supposed to get tested every 72 hours. He works remotely. His next scheduled time on base is in February. Totally stupid.
Whenever he sends the results in, he does it on encrypted emails, just to make them work a little more.
I work for a Fortune 500 company. They haven’t said a word.
People’s desire to avoid having their businesses destroyed via staffing shortages is helping the opposition to Resident Biden’s mandates.
Apparently the Borg were wrong and resistance isn’t futile after all.
