FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — On the morning of December 1 at the Western District of Arkansas Courthouse in Fayetteville, Josh Duggar’s child pornography case began.
Judge Timothy L. Brooks filed a 15-page opinion and order Wednesday morning saying Duggar’s prior allegations of child molestation conduct can be introduced as evidence during the trial.
Before adjourning for lunch at 12:05 p.m., Judge Brooks offered detailed instructions to the jury, each side provided their opening statements, and the first witness of the trial was called.
Duggar and his team entered the courtroom at approximately 8:36 a.m. His lead counsel, Justin K. Gelfand, approached a representative of the court and they went over the aspects of presenting documents and graphics to the jury via computers and cameras, settling on a bright, green color to be used for making visual notes or highlights for the jurors to see.
The judge entered the court at approximately 9:07 a.m. and asked for the jury to be brought up. It took a few minutes for them to be seated, as each member had a spot corresponding to their specific juror number.
“It’s like assigned seats on the first day of school,” the judge joked, eliciting laughs from the jurors and the gallery.
He thanked the jury for returning and voiced his embarrassment at the lack of a proper meal break during Tuesday’s final pretrial hearing, noting that it was “difficult to sort that all out” while wrapping up jury selection.

here is a picture of them walking hand and hand to the court house. Yes she’s been there every day and she has a baby less than a month old.
Those so called “reality” shows are edited, and selective footage used, to create a storyline and image.
I’m sure that is true of the Duggars, that for all the filming done, we saw just the footage which would create the storyline that TLC and/or the Duggars wanted to present on national television.

TLC is the name of the channel their show aired on...it used to be called “The Learning Channel” but it was shortened to just TLC by the network.
TLC used to be a learning channel too, it was great. Then they went to reality shows now it sucks. Now it’s just freaks and geeks all day long.
the show Josh was on was called “19 Kids and Counting” they are an IFB Independent fundamental Baptist family with strict beliefs. (so they say)

Oh he knew computers. On the show Jim Bob used to go to auctions and buy old computer parts and give them to the kids to have them build computers. It showed Josh in the corner with his own Mac that he built. He knew computers darn well.

Check out this vid I found on YouTube some years ago after TLC had REALLY changed their programming from what it was in the '80s. It was very educational then. They used to run a program called "The Mechanical Universe" where they acually showed animations of (gasp) Algebra equations and discussed the theories by Kepler on the precession of planets.
Anyway...check this out. You'll get a kick I'm sure. (Work and Family safe)
Anyone in their right mind would not have the energy for any of this type of reality show. With that many kids....no way!!! I’d be exhausted by early afternoon!!

It’s not about you, and it’s not about homeschoolers. The defense attorney is obligated to try and provide the best defense he can, and if that means making his client out to be a dumb and uneducated man, then that’s what the defense is going to do.

Yep you are right. He will not go to the country club type minimum security prison.
Nope- it’s between scapula and spine. Pinched it years ago and so naturally- now and again it reasserts with a wallop. For me, I’ve learned resting it, heat and aspirin help. Usually it’s a 3-4 day funfest and back to normal! Gives me an excuse to stay home from work 2 days and indulge in junk food for the brain, i.e. Reddit;)

It doesn’t surprise me, but yes, it’s shocking.
In fact the lead investigator said the child porn on Josh Duggar’s computer was among the top 5 worst he’s seen.
