Antibodies are the second level of defense.
The first level of defense, if strong enough, may not even produce antibodies. And yet the person will have immunity. And if antibodies are produced naturally, and later wane, the body can create more when re-exposed.
Vaccines damage base level immunity. All of them do. The cv19 gene therapy may be the worst in that regard. There are no easy solution to immunity, but the broadest, simplest and most reliable one is the one God gave to us. Our duty is to optimize it.
