There is a disclaimer that the exemption can be taken away any time.

I put my Religious Exemption in on 14 October - have not heard anything yet, and not very hopeful.
There is zero direction from HR - I don't think they really know what next steps are.

I work for a major defense contractor - woke as most large companies are.

I suppose you have already consented to frequent testing and washing hands and not coming to work when you don't feel well?

Also, you could consider agreeing to putting on one of those contact tracer things on your phone. When I traveled to Wisconsin I got a automated message on my phone asking if I wanted load the app to see if I had come in close contact with someone who had tested positive. So I guess they have that sort of thing. I remain suspicious of that kind of thing but I would agree to do that before the vax if it kept my job.

What is the nature of your religious exemption? Aborted fetal embryo cells used in testing and/or manufacture of the vaccines?

I wonder why a PETA exemption wouldn't work. We know they test this stuff on animals. In this crazy world, that is a lot worse than using aborted fetal embryo cells.

There is no correct answer for this.

It’s a ruse. An illusion. A trick to make you think you have some kind of control. That you are still at the table. That anyone cares what you think.

When it comes to your work the only thing that will save you from getting a dangerous chemical injected into your body is your boss and his views of this brutal tyrannical attack on you, your freedom and the wellbeing of your family.

And he’s already made his stance clear.

If you bend to this and “try to work it out” you’re only ensuring our enemy escalates and goes after your kids. If you take a stand now, if we all take a stand now, we’ll actually be doing more to protect our kids.

I too wanted to “stick it to them” and fake a vaccine card. I wanted to get into my medical records and change it but then I realised this fact. If the people at southwest airlines did this we would have never even heard about their protest. The machine would continue moving forward until they came after your kids.

I can fake a record. I can fill out an exemption. I can trick them. But if I do all I’m really doing is allowing them closer to my daughter. That’s the opposite of my intent.

I placed mine in yesterday 22-OCT AND HR was pretty hostile about it and I work right outside DC in N Virginia. But there is a lawsuit by Mat Staver with Liberty Counsel hopefully will put a stop to this madness

I put in for a medical exemption mid September. Haven't heard squat.

Note that my job is about 1 day a week teleworking. The days I am on-site I am in a separate lab, alone. The lab has it's own separate HVAC system - to keep the equipment cool regardless of what is happening out in office-space land. There is a door to the lab with a lock that only myself and two IT guys have the combo for... If/when I leave the lab I have to, by policy, wear a mask and social distance. So does everyone out in office-space land. When they leave their office area, they must mask up and distance...

Yet I will be fired if I don't take part in an experimental drug trial. A trial that it is becoming increasingly obvious involves vaccines that are only marginally effective while posing a not insignificant risk. Well, I won't be fired. I'm putting in my two weeks notice, probably in about two weeks.

It is covid religion not science. It has become unquestioned dogma. It is about compliance not health. It is insanity.

The response is that you are no more of a danger to anyone than you would be if you were vaccinated.

without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of the employee or others?

Can you demonstrate with scientific facts and evidence that those taking experimental drugs do not pose a Direct Threat to the Health and Safety of others??

Odd that it’s asking you to come up with lockdown measures that you “think” will protect others. Odder still that FReepers are coming up with additional offerings for self-abuse that you could provide.

This was certainly my last experiences with HR. They offer/guarantee NOTHING and expect you to sign whatever commitment to them that you’ll agree to, in blood.

It is simply documentation to enable firing you.

Still no mention of the “NUNYA” exemption. Nonya busuiness why I don’t want it. I simply don’t want it. Like a flu shot. Don’t get those either. Why? Cause I don’t.

There is no rule and OHSA is going to get crushed in court by Intel, which has based its rules on science , not Faucism.

1) wear a mask per CDC guidance to reduce the threat
2) will not come into work if running a fever, tested each morning, afternoon per CDC guidance
3) will not come into work if felling unwell per CDC guidelines
4) will maintain social (6-feet) per CDC guidance
5) offer to work with others who hold exemptions
6) If a manager/supervisor - supervise those valued team members who also have an exemption
7) telework when appropriate and with organizations approval

I’m in the same situation.

I have not been into the office since May. Makes no difference to my work. I am required to be vaccinated by some date in December.

No guidance on religious exemption. I will try to go that route, if possible. But if the company is difficult about it, then I’ll just lose my job. I get job offers every week — those companies may also reject me without the vaccine, but the thing I see is that I work in a specialized field and companies cannot find people like me. If they choose to fire a good percentage of their workers, that’s more their problem than it is my problem.

Religious exemptions are available, but federal contractors will accomodate such religious exemptions by placing the exempted employee on un-paid suspension (and requiring such employees to paid the company’s contributions for their health insurance) until the company decides how to handle the situation, unless the exempted employee voluntarily resigns in the meantime.

Problem solved.

Ok, why does a fed contractor fall under this mandate in the first place? Are they actually employed by the government? If you work for a company which has government contracts of any size, why do companies feel the need to subject other employees to this mandate if they do not work on the contracts or work 100% remote?

I thought I was going to be in a similar situation but was pleasantly surprised that it isn’t the case. I’m not a Federal contractor but one of my clients is — and the client indicated that their subcontractors would be held to the same COVID requirements as they are. So I was ready to toss the client overboard, but when I read through my newest contract with this client last week I saw no reference to the COVID rules anywhere.

It turns out that this client is working under a long-term Federal contract that dates back two years and won’t expire until 2025. So they are adding the COVID requirements for subcontractors only as their new Federal contracts are signed.

Hi Everyone

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I am objected the jab because of the aborted fetal cell issue.

I can see that they can put me in unpaid leave of absence until they can “resolve the issue” as CarlVehse pointed out.

The best is to continue to work remote but they want everyone back in the office. This is the perfect excuse. Before they can’t get everyone jabbed.

I think the leadership in these organizations have been given word to get everyone jabbed or they lose the federal funding.

Yes, it’s best to stop the tyranny right here. I am fighting alone in my organization. There are 30% unjabbed. I don’t know who they are.

Alot of jobs out there also require the jab as part of the job requirement. It’s illegal but everyone has drank the KoolAid. The jab does more harm than good.

Also my recommendation is for everyone who opposes this mandate to find a cheaper place to live. Downsize.

You can downsize everything else pretty easily but inexpensive living arrangements be it own or rent are getting harder and come November millions of people will be looking for it.
