Walsh broke down how he thinks the "dirty Laundries," as he referred to the Laundrie family, helped their son cover up the incident connected to Petito’s death, including taking a suspicious family weekend trip upon his return home in a small attached camper.
"He scrubbed that van, the parents helped him," he said. "I know they got rid of the evidence… [Brian Laundrie] was in that camper when the father and mother went out, I would guarantee it. And I’ve been doing this 33 years."
"He was in that camper when they went on a little trip before [Petito] was reported missing and they bought him five extra days with that ruse," he continued. "That kid has been throwing red herrings everywhere."
The expert went on to suggest that law enforcement could have saved Petito’s life, especially if the 911 operator had reported the claim that Laundrie was seen putting his hands on Petito in Utah to the police. Instead, the cops' report was written up to target Laundrie as the victim.
"How the hell did the FBI and the North Port police let this kid slip out of the house?" he asked. "What the hell is going on?" Walsh asked.

I think the Laundries are now public figures (or involuntary public figures) and cannot sue without establishing malicious intent.
She admitted hitting and scratching him. The cops dont usually arrest victims. They dont have crystal balls to tell the future. .
Women, you raise your voice and she starts crying like a little kid, but when she talks to her man, she acts like she's 6'8", 300# carrying a loaded shotgun.

my thought as well, but then it occurred to me that he’s deliberately provoking them: if he’s right, then they won’t sue; if he’s wrong, they STILL won’t sue because they would have to prove what they ACTUALLY did to disprove his assertions ... either way, it would be a win-win for justice ...
It will not be enough until this guy Brian has been brought to justice for his crime. His parents as well as they seem to be culpable in covering up this murder. Sometimes the obvious answer to a puzzle is the correct one.

This will end soon. I saw last night an interview with another witness they encountered this guy in a bar early last month out there somewhere. He said Laundrie looked out of it but did rip the republican party to the guys sitting at the bar. Media hasn’t reported this every where yet. It was odd for some to digest cause it was mentioned in one of the uploads by the two that they didn’t drink. I just think when ppl figure out these were two snowflakes the coverage might drop off some.
According to a recently released written statement, the witness, identified only as Chris, told Moab police he was outside the Moonflower Community Cooperative near Arches National Park when he saw the couple in the middle of "some sort of dispute," KSTU reports.
In his statement, Chris wrote the couple were "talking aggressively" and could have been "play fighting," but it was hard to tell because "something definitely didn't seem right," according to WABC.
"It was as if this guy was trying to leave her, and maybe take her phone?" Chris wrote, adding that Gabby was punching Laundrie in the arm while trying to get back into the van in which they were traveling.
He noted when she made it back inside her vehicle, Gabby asked Laundrie, "Why do you have to be so mean?"
Another eyewitness called 911 to report the incident, telling the dispatcher Laundrie had been slapping Gabby.

That's probably true. But if she had been fat and ugly the psychopath Brian wouldn't have been attracted to her. No engagement. No van trip. She would be alive today. There would be no story.

You're making the same mistake that the cop did. You're making it personal to you. Their situation is/was not yours. The cop that wrote the report has a wife with anxiety that takes meds. His opinion was colored by that.
Did Laundrie have scratches? Yup. He got them fighting to keep her out of HER van and taking her phone.
