McConnell is the leader of the complicit party and demonstrates how almost all Republicans in Congress are not on the side of ordinary American citizens. Even so, he can do nothing about impeachment. It can only happen in the house of representatives which, as we have seen, operates as a pure democracy. A majority of one vote can do anything it wants. After the house of representatives votes to impeach, then it is up to the Senate to either convict or not convict.
I know all that.
My point was is he can use his voice and CALL for Impeachment just like Chuckie Schmucky did.
He won’t even entertain the idea, why?
If the latest egregious things of botching the withdrawal of Afghanistan, lying and leaving Americans STRANDED, telling the Afghan Pres. to lie for him and that support will be withheld if he doesn’t lie, are not Impeachable offenses what is?
I know we don’t control Congress and an Impeachment would not likely pass but it is the principle, not doing it makes the pubbies look so weak, heck they are WEAK.
