Yes, a simple apology goes a long way. And it shows me that the person has humility and won’t let their ego get in the way of relationships. That’s usually a good friend to have. My daughter-in-law apologized a couple times for house flaky they were with money when they were first married. So that simple apology just wiped out all the annoyance over how much money we lent them and how they wouldn’t listen. So the Slate is wiped clean and now we just go forward.
Well when you have a pet for a decade they become like family. Better than family, cuz they can’t really tell you everything they’re thinking. LOL And some animals have personalities that Bond really well with the owner. This 10 year old cat could easily live another 5 years, maybe even 10. So it must be worth it to the owner. Now my cotton might need surgery, but she’s 16. So between the expense and not wanting to put her through something so traumatic at her age plus she may only have another year to go who knows. So I wouldn’t do it.

Probably. In all fairness these writers aren’t Q. I guess it doesn’t hurt to keep up morale as long as it doesn’t cause complacency.
I take President Trump’s word at what he says he’s done or is doing. He did get the vaccines out in record time by allowing them to do minimal testing, but the pharmaceuticals are the ones that made them. I don’t believe Trump had any part in any evil plans of the great reset. He fought and is fighting against it. What is happening now isn’t his plan.

Just ran to Slaveway to pick up a few things for lunch to feed to our hard working roofers who hope to finish up today.
The mood at Slaveway was anything but happy, workers not liking masking up again and worried about having to vax to keep their jobs.
They had just got their customer's grocery dividers back a week ago and POOF! gone again.
Haven't put down spots on floor to stand or arrows down aisles YET.

I asked the friendly greeter why....and, she said they are so short staffed that they don’t have a cashier, for that area.
