Have you tired the Eli Lilly hotline (855-LillyC19) or the Regeneron hotline (844-734-6643) to see if they can help locate a facility near you that can help?

Calling a local infusion center may help you as well.

I’m sorry this has been such a hassle and I wish there were an easier answer to your doctor’s ignorance on this, but if it were me, I’d be calling everyone I thought might be able to help. I’m very worried for you and your family, and I hope all of you turn the corner quickly and make full and complete recoveries! Prayers for all of you!
