There ae a lot of lawsuits out there around affirmative action in college admissions. There is no basis for allowing that type of discrimination and eventually it will land a landmark ruling.
Good. The Left’s rejection of equal opportunity for whites is one degree of evil and it’s systematic race hate doctrines that rationalize the inequality is another degree of evil.
