So is it appropriate for American Indian teachers, in their classroom, to say all sorts of derogatory black racial memes, because the person saying them isn't white?

This is Evanston, Illinois on the northern border of Chicago.

This year the council voted to fund reparations to compensate black residents for historic housing discrimination. Evanston’s 2021 Fourth of July parade and fireworks are cancelled due to health concerns, but Juneteenth and Pride events went on.

In the 2020 Presidential election Democrat Joe Biden received 90% of the Evanston vote while Republican Donald Trump received only 7%.

More than half of the working population is employed by a government entity or a nonprofit such as a hospital or university, including Northwestern University.
