Sounds to me like there was some sort of radio communication coming from these objects, but what it actually was seems to be classified as no explanation is in the report.
We will have to wait for more of the report to become unclassified - whenever that may be.
it means we’ve recorded RF(radio frequency) emissions and that will tell us a lot depending on the spectrum’s and duration recorded
