Mike Lindell Presents: Absolutely 9-0

Looks like the case may be able to be made. They have the pcaps (packet captures) of the election in real time.

It's like having a video of a bank robbery.

“The strategy is a petition for a writ of quo warranto.”

I have seen discussions of this and appreciate your comments. While I am not versed on this at all, it appears you have good knowledge which appears to be a relatively simple solution. I suspect that there are a number of knowledgeable people who are well versed in what you are suggesting. The question that jumps out at me is why the hell has this not been done? There is no way Lindell is taking this approach. He is trying to get this disseminated to the people instead of using his influence to go through this procedure. He noted that he has been aware of this on Jan 6 (and perhaps earlier). Doesn’t give me any confidence that Lindell will make anything happen. (I would so love to be wrong about this.)

I want the data made public so ALL can look at the data.

There you go, Furry. Moving the goalposts. If this is the McCoy (and I believe it is), the right people will see it in the fullness of time. Trump knows. That's good enough for me right about now.

Then, six months later, Newsweek will write a column about how the election was stolen and you can finally believe it. Like with the Fauci fiasco. That's what it seems to take with you people. It ain't real till the fake news tells you it is.

You people are AMAZINGLY arrogant. Should Lindell email you a copy? Cause you're special?

Normally though, you wouldn't be running pcap on a production router unless you were troubleshooting something. They take up a fair amount of space, if you have a lot of network traffic.

UNLESS they were prepared for the derps to scam the vote like they tried in 2016.

And they were.

You think they're stupid?

I need more than essentially “Trust me” from Mike Lindell.

Luckily, what you NEED is inconsequential to the big picture.

God Bless Mike Lindell, he is a true Patriot.

because someone pointed out they were fake and generated by a random generator.

Haha. You derps are scandalous. Feel the walls closing in, do ya?

Pointing the finger at SCOTUS causes an awful lot of Freepers to take their eye off the real culprits.

Pardon me, son. But SCOTUS is in league with the 'real culprits'. File them under 'Culprits'.

A petition for a writ of quo warranto is an obscure, seldom used legal writ to remove a pretender from office. It hasn't been done before because Trump and patriots haven't had all of the evidence of fraud. There is only one shot at the writ, so its best to present an overwhelming case. An old judge advised me long ago, that a good plaintiff/petitioner needs to shoot all of the arrows in his quiver, because he never knows which one will hit the mark with the judges. So, the lawyers are drafting a case based upon the NSA data, the statistical evidence from Dr. Frank, any evidence from the court in Naples, and the audits, data about fraudulent votes, etc.

Nota bene, Guiliani and his team never litigated the issue of outright fraud. This was done because they didn't have all of the evidence, and didn't want to make that claim without it, lest the claim be precluded by res adjudicata. For that reason, prior litigation claimed unlawfully run elections contrary to statute, not fraud. Now the other shoe drops, because those statutes were enacted to prevent the kind of fraud that occurred. The laches defense was always absurd, because a writ of quo warranto was still possible. If SCOTUS refuses to grant the writ, the Republic is truly dead, and we fall back to the unspoken option of last resort.

I add my amen to Lindell being a true patriot. He is not an effective politician and by that I mean his ability to carry out meaningful change through his influence.

Accepting the premise, that Trump had it all on election day, how do you reconcile the ineffective methods in overturning the fake election results in a timely manner? (See my post 64 where I call this process abysmal). Uncovering and proving foreign influence would have given him license to perform transparent audits using military or other assets. The key is true transparency. Trump could have accomplished this better when he had power and effectively called in the R senators and Pence to show them the goods. Instead his approach alienated many in his own party and emboldened his non supporters in his own party. This further enabled the opposition and suppression from the tech companies was allowed to run rampant.

Now are in an Orwellian world with our enemies emboldened and cancel culture in full swing. (Our foreign enemies are also emboldened.) We are on the precipice of no return. (Enacting the filibuster and passing HR1 along with making the illegal immigrant citizens would put us there. Topping it off with exorbitant spending will ruin our country.)

How does this make for a better environment for action for Trump than before the election?

I am truly interested in your take on this.

Your assertion that it takes a main frame is incorrect.
The routers and switches that move traffic across the backbone of the internet have the capability of packet capture / forwarding. And we are not talking about massive database dumps. Most pcap files are relatively speaking, small in nature.

Not disputing that the who question will become more and more important, just pointing out that the technical aspects of the capture are rather simplistic.

It is a common tactic in the cyber crime space to attempt to hide the overall activity / goal by splitting up the source of the attacks across multiple domains / PCs.

And that is the lie from the media, don’t buy it.

You clearly didn't see any of the testimony.

The data - let's see the underlying data including packet captures, firewall logs, IPFIX, system logs, etc. And NOT have it filtered through Mike Lindell or Jovan Pulitzer, or anybody else.

Re: 112 - Pretty amazing the excuses and spinning going on by FReepers to not share the raw data used to generate the screen shots and captures in the videos by Mike Lindell.

Essentially “we have our ‘top’ people working on this” sort of ‘schtick. Lindell believes the data helps lead to a 9-0 slam dunk in SCOTUS... but the public does not merit seeing the data to test his claims... because they... just can’t.

Thanks for your reply. I recognize that time has not been on our side and perhaps it was not possible to get this done on time. We are now in a far worse position.

1. The power of the presidency and no branch Congress in R hands has been lost. So there the forces in power including executive appointments are aligned against us and ready to be weaponized.
2. Social media suppression and the bias press have been emboldened.
3. SCOTUS refused to act when confronted with violations of the Constitution through usurping the powers of the state legislature. What makes you think they will act now?
4. Trump's approach of communicating to the public about election fraud and the ineffective actions of Giuliani and his team and the lunacy of the Lin Wood and Sidney Powell faction and the infighting with the Giuliani team allowed the press to portray this in the same manner as the birther issue and enabled mass suppression. Finally, Jan 6 was as effectively used as the Reichstag in 1933 Germany. All of this is now synonymous with election fraud in many people's minds.

Your last sentence is so true and bears repeating and I will end with it. (I think that the If is a more likely occurrence than not.)

“If SCOTUS refuses to grant the writ, the Republic is truly dead, and we fall back to the unspoken option of last resort.”

I am referring to the R senators who were in a position to challenge the results. While many fought against him and were not on his side, Trump’s approach on the election fraud emboldened them to stand up to them.

Also it allowed the press to marginalize the election fraud issue and along with the tech companies suppress discussion of such. That has lessened some support as well - particularly in people who do not follow events closely.

Trump is the most popular candidate in the R party and no one will be able to defeat him from the nomination. (Notwithstanding adverse events). Also we have uncovered the RINO faction and perhaps a decreasing this faction in the primaries will have the R party more in lockstep with the goals.
