Yep. Full forensic audits performed starting day 1 after election day. State legislature must make explicit that no delays are allowed. Must be made lawfare proof. No court can approve any type of delay. Whoever proposes any delay gets their law license revoked in every US state.
Must happen quick enough to avoid conflicts with dates set in Constitution.
There should be a simple system when the election is over, the authorized audit truck/security pulls up and transports them directly to where the audit is to be performed. The audit truck will have on board cameras and GPS. No more of these hokus pokus strange unmarked vehicles at 3 a.m. dumping thousands of ballots.
