The onslaught of abominable filth, which covers gore, cursing (including the cursing of God, heavenly creatures [holy s], and the Lord Jesus Christ), sexual / content and depravity in its myriad of horrific perversions--the willful ("experimenting") or mentally-ill, disturbed forms of sexual identity dysphoria [use the entire alphabet if you will] (including suggestive language and motions), incredible, senseless violence, horror, rage, rape, mind-bending and shocking criminal insanity, fear-mongering, indoctrination / programming via imagery with layering subconscious suggestions / commands, continues in all forms of media.
Movies, live TV (cable, internet, satellite, personally recorded media).
I can't wrap my brain around the fact that I lacked in also naming political adversity, ethnic and gender programming, fear-mongering, unbelievable falsehoods, and the march toward physically ending people and civilization as we know it (or did know it) via Islam, Communism and totalitarianism. The above-described, as a whole, is an evil, wicked monster of untold power and magnitude, but nowhere near greater than The LORD GOD. He is Sovereign, Created everything we can and can't see, and moves in behalf of those who love and obey Him. He loved mankind so much He gave His own life on a Roman crucifixion cross, nailed hand and foot to it, after he had already been scourged, whipped and beaten within a thread of death.
Jesus gave up his life, so all could have true, everlasting Life--like His. Christ Jesus, God incarnate, rose from the dead and walked out of the burial tomb. For 40 days afterward, Jesus taught the disciples everything that they would need to know before embarking on their life-long journeys to preach and teach the Gospel ("good news") of the awesome, loving power of Salvation through Christ.
The LORD GOD gave mankind the ability to choose to either walk the path of everlasting righteousness, peace and joy, or to rebel and desire to be like gods, "knowing good and evil". Adam and Eve rebelled, and thus every wicked, evil, detestable abomination that now one cannot meditate upon without becoming insane, was unleashed upon the earth. They swung open wide the door to Satan, and to the decay and destruction of mankind and the earth itself.
Earth was never meant to sustain evil. It was Created by a loving GOD for mankind to take care of and enjoy, and now the earth is behaving as in death throes. Because, it is. Dying, sick for so long from the wickedness thrust upon it from mankind's decision to shake their fist in the face of THE SOVEREIGN LORD GOD. Here is the internet; read the Word of God, The Bible, study it, research by topic every horror that is going on in this world, and there is a Scripture that both matches and prescribes remedy.
The ultimate Remedy is Christ Jesus. Satan will give you all the wealth, power, and fame that you ask, and then he will destroy you and your eternal soul damned forever in the bowels of Hell. There is no second chance, no way out.
There is nothing that anyone can do to stop the judgments that are coming upon the face of the earth so very soon. But so very soon, even at the door, is Jesus Christ's Return to the earth to take His Church, believers in Him, to Heaven to live forever. The Great Tribulation is not meant for believers in Christ Jesus to suffer under, but those who willingly and knowingly rebel against THE LORD GOD and slap away the offer of Salvation through His Beloved Son, Jesus.
After a point not buying any of their crap simply becomes a habit. It is unneeded, unnecessary, unwanted.

No one is making anyone watch this stuff. And every once in a while they get one right.

Good post. I cannot stand the utter filth. How sorrowful that America has, in large measure, exported such repulsiveness to the rest of the world. I don’t blame other cultures for calling us the great Satan and the likes. And then to fly the homosexual flag at our foreign embassies is just staggering. We so deserve the judgements that are coming our way.
And stupidity and pandering making remakes using LGBT and blacks in roles whites did; Ghost Busters anyone for a start?

A lot of it is family friendly and doesn’t have all the filth that American mediadoes.
There are other old movie channels but I know what you mean. The alternate up here in Canada is something called Hollywood suite. Same format no commercials and uncut but without commentary. The trouble for me is I’ve seen most of the stuff multiple times so I don’t watch it much. Also I get the feeling of living in the past if I dwell on the so called good old days too much. The only thing I have watched recently is the Chosen but I do get reports from the cultural wars front here on FR.
I record what I want to watch, just so I can skip by that. However, every now and then I am doing something else, while still in earshot, and I must admit, some of the things they have to say, add an interesting aspect to the movie that I was unaware of. So it goes both ways actually.
thats why I choose Korean movies the most... I’f I wanted porn id watch porn. and i also grew sooooo tired of the cultural milkshake constantly jammed in our faces... as Rush used to say... “it looks like the Bar scene in Star Wars” Seeing them try so hard one has to ask why??
I watch re runs of Law and Order on WE TV, the ads for the shows on that channel are WAY BEYOND filth!!! OMG the TV shows allowed on TV are disgusting, no wonder our country is the mess it is today!!!

The same thought came to mind to me yesterday, as I was writing the post, about Iran being spot-on about America being the “Great Satan”; the U.S. is certifiably behaving as was Sodom and Gomorrah, and like before The Flood, and in my honest opinion, could very well be Babylon The Great mentioned in Revelation.
The description lines up perfectly with the description of activities and trade, and its ultimate destruction.
The severest of judgment is indeed coming, but we are witnessing now such horrors, man-made and natural disaters, will there still be even a parcel of the land unscathed when The Lord Jesus Returns?
