Unfortunately, Alaska will have a ranked choice ballot next time around. It rewards “moderates” by dividing up votes. It’s pure horse crap.
This sounds almost like tallying up votes for the Heisman Trophy.

The Republican party has a solid majority in both houses and a Republican Governor. They need to feel some serious heat. Also Biden is killing oil and mining and tourism.
The Alaska Legislature is composed of two bodies: There are 40 members in the House of Representatives and 20 members in the Senate.
The House consists of 21 Republicans, 16 Democrats, 1 independent, 2 non-affiliated. Of the forty Representatives, 13 are women and 27 are men.
The Senate consists 13 Republicans and 7 Democrats. Of the twenty Senators, 5 are women and 15 are men.

The Utah GOP establishment don’t represent Utah voters any more than Mitch McConnell represents GOP voters.

What will happen in the midterm election will be that demoncraps will gain more seats now that they have most of the kinks worked out. Unless Dominion and any machine like it are not dealt with before 2022 then demoncraps will gain more seats in the Senate. They only need 3 or 4 to silence everyone.
Has Ranked Choice ever been brought up in the SCOTUS? (Yeah, I know, SCOTUS doesn’t uphold the Law/Constitution anyway), but I believe all voters are entitled to ONE VOTE per race, during the elections. Ranked choice gives voters more than one vote, if their chosen candidate doesn’t’ win, they are bundled into the votes for their second choice.
Democrats have thought of many ways to subvert our Constitution. This is just one of them.
Yeah, their “principles”: corruption, self-serving greed, and complete submission to the democrats. No thanks. The Republican Party is toast.
