I agree. The violent ones were Antifa/BLM. I think some of those at the Capital were vets and retired police. They were not happy with how the left wing riots/burning/looting/violence was handled over the summer. They are law and order types. They were there to voice their displeasure to elected representatives. The election fraud was the final insult. After attending previous protests near the Capital I was shocked at the lack of security, like they wanted these people to enter the building so the questioning of the electoral college votes in the swing states would never happen.
Bingo! Jan. 6 was Trump's best chance to get the election fraud out into the open, to make Americans aware of what had actually happened. Even if it changed nothing about the outcome, it would have had many instances of "irregularities" written into the Congressional Record. Instead, Trump is being tried for insurrection and almost no courts took any of the cases.
Forever, the Dems, the media and probably the history books will say "there is no evidence of election fraud."
