These are nonjusticeable political questions, hopefully, the USSC will never again make the mistake they did when they granted cert in Bush v. Gore.

I would be astonished if the USSC agreed to hear any election cases with the potential to change the outcome.

They MIGHT hear a case to make a State enforce its own election laws. But there are not enough votes involved to change the outcome.

What you all believe happened is not failure to follow election laws. You believe there was a vast, multistate criminal conspiracy to commit fraud.

That is a criminal matter, a matter for a prosecutor and a Grand Jury, one eventually to be heard in the criminal courts of the States in question and the lawbreakers punished in the ordinary course of events.

After the last four years, how can you possibly believe such a thing is going to happen?
