I don’t think Trump’s team will be able to prove there was enough to overturn the election.

There are binders full of affidavits that fraud happened. Statistics show the potential magnitude of the fraud. At some point the burden of proof shits to the defense to prove that the fraud was insufficient to swing the outcome. And that evidence has been destroyed through failure to retain records, mingling of illegal votes with illegal votes, etc.

It is fundamental in law that a party that perpetrates wholesale fraud cannot seek to benefit from that fraud.

Whom to you imagine has the authority AND the willingness to hear this case?

And who has the power to order AND ENFORCE a remedy?

Do you seriously believe the people who could conceptualize and execute this scheme will obey pieces of paper?

We are well beyond that, my friend.
