I think our governor knows hes toast for reelection and has probably said screw it, let em steal it as a final F you to the us republicans that are pissed at him.The hammer program was attemped in the last election here in georgia and it was thwarted.It got very little coverage after the initial report.Guess they really got it together for this election.
