Doesn’t take much of an investigation. A frame-by-frame view of the one video clearly shows the SUV across the white line prior to the Trump Truck making contact.
Any Texas Attorney can get this case dismissed. The SUV was at fault.
Eh, trouble might be the need to avoid a vehicle in motion. Take it to a jury though and it should be fine.
I think the FBI would be looking at “intimidation” of poor little Heels Up and the campaign bus. The Biden car trying to cut the Trump truck off would be purely a local LE issue.
This video needs to be spread far and wide. I have already seen a picture probably of the white car that swerved into the path of the black truck. The white car has damage on its right rear side. The commentary on the picture says that it was damaged by the Trump supporting vehicle. That is a lie if you go out of your lane into the swerve into the path of another car that accident is your fault.
