Lori Loughlin wants to be home for the holidays -- or at least by 2021 -- which is why she reported early to prison for her two-month sentence, according to a new report.
On Friday, the actress reported to the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, Calif., a U.S. Bureau of Prisons spokesperson at the facility confirmed to Fox News. She had until Nov. 19 to report to prison.
Now, according to People magazine, citing a legal source close to Loughlin, the reasoning behind it is due to the fact that she wants to be released by the end of the year.

Why should she be there at all? We are letting violent criminals out of prison, and property criminals out of prison. She could have been punished more effectively with lots of community service or fines.
Because it’s not about punishing crime.
It’s about punishing those who don’t participate in the groupthink.
She should live in the same country as joe Biden. She’d hav gotten off the hook for having the equivalent of a parking violation. Oh...wait.
She will be out in less than 30 days regardless of the determinate sentencing.
How about house arrest for Lori?

I would have no problem with her being under house arrest instead of going to some federal prison...
It’s debatable. People donate tons of money to schools to get their kids in. There’s all kinds of weird anomalies in the college admission system. I don’t support what these people did, but I see a lot of questionable stuff and a lot of variants in the college admission system, and a most of it is accepted. So it’s hard for me to say one thing is bad and deserves punishment, and other things that seem just as questionable aren’t.
I think that would be okay, but if it was a crime like this, and there’s some kind of celebrity or rich person, I just assume they get something like
2,000 or more hours of community service. And like I said an earlier post, I’m not sure why what some of these parents did should be criminalized when other things that seem just as bad or worse aren’t. But I I think that using prison space to put them in is a wise idea.

Not really sure what she did was wrong; it was certainly not worthy of jail time.
What I want to know is - why none of the college administrators who TOOK the bribes are in jail. Who’s more guilty - the briber or the bribed?
