About 3,500 U.S. companies, including Tesla Inc, Ford Motor Co, Target Corp, Walgreen Co and Home Depot have sued the Trump administration in the last two weeks over the imposition of tariffs on more than $300 billion in Chinese-made goods.
The suits, filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade, named U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and the Customs and Border Protection agency and challenge what they call the unlawful escalation of the U.S. trade war with China through the imposition of a third and fourth round of tariffs.
The legal challenges from a wide variety of companies argue the Trump administration failed to impose tariffs within a required 12-month period and did not comply with administrative procedures.

A lot of companies that cal themselves American are happy to sell out American people.
way cheaper to hire lawyers and sue and buy corrupt politicians than to manufacture and sell American products.
AFAIK the President has the power to do what he is doing. They are showing their true colors.

There are TWO VACANCIES on the 9 member United States Court of International Trade. I don’t know what the “proclivities” of the 4 Obama appointees to the International Trade Court are but I worry about how they may intentionally rule to the detriment of the United States.
President Trump and Leader McConnell need to FILL THESE VACANCIES URGENTLY. Trump’s entire America First agenda may depend on it.
American businesses helped build up Nazi germany and the Soviet Union and Iran too. They can be trusted. To do what they’re created to do. Seek profits. This is why we need someone like pdjt to stop them when their profit-seeking goes against American defense or economic interests.

If these companies would use the money they will spend on lawyers to sue the President to re-tool and make the parts they get from China, I’m sure there would be a nice tax break there somewhere. Maybe these companies ought to just move to China, since they are so endeared to the CCP.

he said investors were hoping for a peaceful transition to Biden in November, because Trump means chaos. said Biden may be a bit anti-business, but investors believed he would bring certainty!
what a load of BS. of course, the inference was Trump may not allow a peaceful transition once he loses!
