I do not know why Her Majesty has not removed all the titles from those two. Harry is not even a spare anymore with William and Kate having a nice brood of kids.

Likely because Harry didn’t stop his gob and has blurted out all kinds of nasty secrets to wife. Secrets she’ll be more than happy to spill if certain conditions aren’t met.
