I clicked on a link, but her visage is so offensive, I can’t look any longer. She looks exactly like Hilary; whatever illness Hilary has in her soul, Kamala has too.

I doubt it. Different cameras combined with different lighting and makeup can make a skin tone look lighter or darker without that being the goal.
Your monitor or phone will also have an impact.

She is like Chameleon. Willie Brown obviously prefer lighter skin; when she emphasized her blackness, she went darker; now she seems to lighter again. I think it is easy to do with some cosmetics. And the photoshop.
It may depend on the season. The first Mrs. Lurkin was a delightful caramel during the winter, and after spending time out in the summer sun would darken to lustrous mahogany.
