No, I don’t think it’s something on the sidelines. I think it’s just a nod at :17 to highlight the “17” in the time on the video.
The dip could have been anytime during the drive, but it was purposely edited to occur at 17 sec.
They (Q team) are pushing 17 so much now, that it’s even getting hard for a blind person not to see it. Way, way, way too many coincidences.
