Looks to me like one each a day. DH eats a couple of handfulsof pumpkin seeds daily for the zinc. Good for prostate too. Quecetin is also high in some foods, dark grapes come to mind.
I am not a fan of mineral or vitamin supplements, I always try to get from foods and herbs, but sometimes a pill may be the best choice. Some info about zinc:

What is the difference between elemental zinc and other kinds, do you know? What kinds of quercetin and zinc do you take?
I am very ignorant about the use of vitamin and mineral supplements. I just know about herbs. I would just search it out.

Thankfully Dr/Sen. Jensen was cleared by the MN board of medical practice, I posted in a twtter batch something about this. Tweet included an 8 min video of him talking, useful info. If you want I can find it and post.
