Police responded to a shooting in Baxter Park... The incident occurred as members of the Black militia group, NFAC, stage in the park in preparation of a planned march from there to Jefferson Square. Btw, based on reports, the armed blacks were in the park staging and that's where the shooting occurred. Based on this information, I'd say it's a looong shot this event involved "Well armed White folk".
