President Trump said Tuesday that he wishes the best for Ghislaine Maxwell, who is jailed on charges she helped convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein procure underage girls.
“I don’t know, I haven’t really been following it too much. I just wish her well, frankly,” Trump said when asked whether he thinks she will use what she reportedly knows about other powerful men to get herself out of trouble.
“I’ve met her numerous times over the years, especially since I lived in Palm Beach and I guess they lived in Palm Beach, but I wish her well.”

I would have advised something more bland. Maybe “Let the justice system run its course”, or something like that.
And it’s a shame we even have to consider this. But the media is so partisan - and so evil - that they will distort almost anything Trump says. So I’d give them the least amount of ammunition possible.

President Trump was wishing her well in that she doesn’t get suicided like Epstein. I hope that she goes to trial and is convicted, but in the process, exposes all the pedophiles who went to pedo island to abuse and rape underage girls and boys.

Far more likely she will trade a reduced sentence for stuff on Royals, former Senators, and lawyers. I’m not sure how Trump should have handled that question.
