President Donald Trump is expected to soon issue an executive order that would ban undocumented immigrants from being included in the 2020 census count of every person living in the United States, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.
The source, speaking on condition of anonymity, had no details of the order.

I doubt it. The Supreme Court wouldn’t let them even ask if you are a citizen on the census. How would you exclude illegal aliens?

this is actually better. a good percentage of California’s house of reperesenitive representation is gotten from surplus illegal’s the surplus is not just Mexican , we have chines illegal’s, British, Russian and others. this same problem extends to other demacrat strong holds....I see this going to the supream court because it will drive shake up in the house of reperesenitive that will hand seats to more rural states.
American citizens are not allowed to know how many citizens there are in America.
Better idea, remove them.
Why count them. They are not suppose to be on the American side of the border, are they.
I pity anyone who believes Trump is doing anything but playing them with this leak.

I agree so very deeply. Don’t count them, remove them.
This is pretty late in the game. But at this point, people are going to be sent home to home to gather information from addresses which didn’t respond. Maybe they are going to be instructed to count no one in the house if they can determine that it is occupied by illegal aliens. It might be too late for the Courts to have any impact.
The left has long mastered language which conceals, not reveals.
How would they determine that everyone in the house was illegal?
The premise of this article makes no sense.

Nope. Supposed to be all citizens of the US.
But for the sake of a scenario let's suppose that a census worker knocks on the door and someone answers. The worker asks the person if he/she is a citizen and if there are more people residing at the house who are citizens. The person answers "no" and the census taker says "Thank you," or "Gracias," records no information about the residents of this house and moves on to the next house.
Nope to you. It's supposed to be "the whole number of persons in each state" (U.S. Const., Amend XIV, sec. 2). The Fourteenth Amendment uses the word "citizens" lots of times, but not when it's saying who gets counted for apportionment.
Then that worker should be fired because the Constitution says all persons should be counted.
Even Trump didn't propose excluding illegals, he only wanted to ask the question.
