yeah, that is coming. The B&M was in a pretty high traffic area near my house. Antique prices in my area was an all time high and it’s easy to put a price tag on an item and bring it to the shop. Photos, story of the item, Shipping, Pricing, commissions, answering emails and dead beat shoppers is a headache online.
Neighbor of mine sells on local sites and does quite well.

While true, with eBay you’ll have an international market and prices are up on things that aren’t as accessible in person due to covid, so hopefully you’ll do well.
