It's Sickening Seeing On Social Media Platforms Dems Framing This As Kanye Stealing Votes From Biden & Dems
7/5/2020 | Its All Over Except...

Posted on 07/05/2020 4:40:22 AM PDT by Its All Over Except ...

I've seen that narrative used repeatedly on more than one platform by Biden supporters and amazing how fast those talking points spread along with some others. They're basically saying the black guy Kanye is stealing votes from the white guy, Biden. Is that how this works now? It's low to say the least. Are those votes owned by Biden and/or Dems? Hardly.

So if black people/black Dems vote for Kanye and not Biden will that mean they "ain't black"?

And funny how they are turning on Kim, too, along with them pulling the meds card out - again.

I'm not seeing the love, compassion, and tolerance for multiple demographic groups that Dems say they really care about.

Ok, crazy thought here. Could this be Trump’s 3D chess we’v been waiting for?
Kanye campaigns full tilt for several months, bringing on board millions of voters who would have voted for Biden otherwise. At a certain point, he drops out to either support Trump or crazier yet, becomes Trumps VP, requiring Pence to take one for the team.
Am I on to something or just ON something?

You could be right about Ross but I recall at the time it was Mr. Bush’s famous words “Read my lips, no new taxes” and then in typical Bush fashion he listened to his liberal advisors and raised taxes.

No different than watching Reps blame Libertarians for steeling GOP votes. Far too many people think voters owe their votes to some party whether said candidate does a damn thing to earn it or not. It’s part of why Jefferson didn’t want political parties, though he couldn’t figure out how to pull it off and still have a useful 1st Amendment. People start being loyal to the party first.

I know you said on Twitter that you don't think any bargain was struck between Trump and Kanye, but I'm thinking that in order for Kanye to have a good shot in 2024, then Trump must win in 2020. Otherwise, any Trump endorsement will not have the same impact.

Also, if Biden somehow wins, he'll be quickly replaced by a younger Democrat who could run strong in 2024. So Kanye's 2024 chances really hinges on Trump being re-elected.

I agree with you that Kanye will ensure a massive Trump win. Especially if Kanye is able to mount a serious "sticker" write-in campaign in all the big cities.

I can see Kanye exciting the urban voters way more than what Slow Joe is doing currently. Even if Kanye siphons a few voters away from Trump, it still helps Trump as those are still votes not going to Biden.

Remember time zones exist. You posted before 5AM my local time, people find out about overnight news in a very gradual and phased way.

I don't think Kayne drops out and endorses Trump. That's too much of a Ross Perot move. Remember that Kayne has his eyes on 2024 so his goal is to start building followers now. He would do himself much damage among his base if he was perceived as being a stooge for Trump.

No he didn’t. Nobody owes their vote to anybody. And you really don’t now how Perot voters would have voted without him. Maybe Bush, maybe Clinton, maybe nobody. Then of course there’s normal historical forces. Bush was only the second sitting VP to win the presidency since the ticket system went into place, and just like the first was out in 1 term. And most presidents get reelected, especially when running against a corpse like Dole. So probably nothing really changes without Ross.

I see it as finally black people will realize finally that the white liberal is their real enemy, and they have been used by them to try to get a race war, creating conditions where they can impose their Marxist dictatorship.

Agreed.

Can you imagine being a D and trying to get people to vote for Biden at this point?

Now this :) ...as though things weren’t hard enough!

“I don’t know a lot about Kanye West but I’m going to start coming up to speed. I might support him myself in 2024 if the Republicans go back to running career politicians. I don’t think our Republic can survive going back to career politicians.”

I’m with you on this. Tired of RINO’s, and sort of liking the wild-card candidate who won last time. Only thing that gives me pause is if we elect Kanye, we get that Kim woman as 1st (insert expletive deleted here).

The fact that the Democrats have been pushing the "Trump is a racist" narrative so hard these past four years is because they know that if they lose even another 1-2% of the black vote to Trump this year, then they have no chance of winning.

Of course, any reasonably intelligent person can conclude that Trump doesn't have a racist bone in his body, as clearly demonstrated during his long business and show business career. But this speaks to how little the Democrats think of the intelligence of their followers. They feel that by repeating the lie over and over, they will eventually drive the blacks back to their lame-ass candidate.

In all fairness though, that same is said about Perot, and how he supposed stole the election away from the Republican candidate. The truth is that too often the Republicans run weak candidates and just expect the people to hold their nose and vote because the other choice is worse.

The two party system is largely part of the problem. They are more interested in maintaining some sort of status quo than they are adhering to the Constitution. As long it exists, liberty will slowly erode.

I can live with Kim as First Lady if it means we do not have to run with a RINO in 2024. Like you, I'm sick of RINOS like Romney, Lindsey Graham and the Bushes (just to name a few). And I don't think we can win with them either.

Even though I think highly of Mike Pence and don't consider him a RINO, I don't think he will be able to win election in 2024. We really need a fresh face and not a swamp rat who has spent most of his/her adult life as a government bureaucrat.

Trump has convinced me that a regular citizen can be president. What you need is passion, love of country and a very, very thick skin. The latter is what concerns me most about Kanye. I don't think he has any idea how nasty and hateful the Left can be. I hope he's up to it.

If you’re looking for thick skin I think his wife can give him some lessons. I’m also not sure Kanye West is an ordinary citizen. BUT, and this is a good thing, he has a moral compass. Not exactly the same as mine, but few are. He understands that hard work and persistence are required to do anything worth doing. We need that, not another career politician. A younger man, to take the killing stress of the job wouldn’t be a bad thing, either.

So they would rather go to Canada, the country run by the guy who wore blackface, than stay in the U.S.?

Nobody cares about blackface, least of all black people.

While GHWB's infamous "read my lips, ..." quote certainly did him no favors, the timing of Perot's machinations is what I think put the final dagger in the Bush campaign.

IIRC, Perot initially dropped his campaign right on the eve - or close to it - of the Dem Convention. All these Perot voters were looking for a place to land, and lo and behold, here comes Bill Clinton to grab their attention first.

Then Perot restarts his campaign and siphons off would-be Bush voters, and the rest is history.

I didn’t say there was no bargain. I said we’d know soon by how vehemently (if at all) Kanye attacks Trump.

If his campaign is a generic “unity/Christian brotherhood” campaign, there was a “corrupt bargain.” But he can’t attack Trump too much and expect Trump’s endorsement in 2024.
