It isn’t a vaccine. It’s gene therapy. Untested, mandatory gene therapy promoted by a proponent of population control.
I have lived in Alabama most of my life, fairly near Tuskegee. I don’t know what nps.gov is either. I just know that the airmen were not involved in the syphilis experiment. Both things may have been called an “experiment”, but they were two different things. I think the syphilis experiment was earlier than WWII. It was a terrible thing to purposely not treat sick people.

Actually the black Tuskegee Airmen were injected with a placebo. The whites were injected with the so-called vaccine against syphilis.
Clinton later apologized to the black airmen for giving them a placebo. They were still alive for him to apologize to. The whites who got the vaccine were all dead of syphilis.
