It’s not what I would’ve titled it. I only copy the title of the video from Youtube. These folks are from Eastern Europe, I believe, so English isn’t their first language (so sometimes gets lost in the translation). I wouldn’t post it if it was cruel or objectionable. It has a happy ending.
