Yeah, I knew that and sorry, I should have mentioned that caveat that she was employed I think as a contractor.

Reading this timeline, it seemed like the type of data she passed on and who the audience was, to me, implied she was in some sort of government position with access to intel information. Under "normal and compliant" circumstances, I would not expect direct communication with someone within the DOJ from an outside firm, especially with this type of sensitive information. It would be interesting to find out if this email was sent through unclassified means.
