I have heard of Idoral. Sounds more convenient that Lugols. Do you know how many mg Iodine you take each day? I just put 1-2 drops of 7% Lugols in a small amount of apple juice and drink it
I take 25-50mg per day. Here’s a link to a great conversion chart. Two drops of 7% lugol’s is about 17.5mg of iodine/iodide. Be sure you’re taking selenium as well.
