Those governors who have closed beaches and parks have blood on their hands!!

Right... because we all know that’s the only place where you can receive the healing benefits of the sun.

Are you in favor of closing parks and beaches?

I started taking vit D3 as well. Doubled the dose, in fact, because I learned I wasn’t taking enough. I also take Turmeric, Olive Leaf Extract, garlic tablets and CoQ 10. I’m 65 and rarely get sick. When I do, it’s very mild.

Was discussing nutrition with my doctor last time I went to see him, and he mentioned that Detroit is the rickets capital of the world.

Detroit has a lot of overcast days and a lot of people with a lot of melanin.

I do. K2 helps direct calcium to the bones as opposed to into the blood, which can lead to kidney stones.

Calcium needs to be in both for different reasons of course. D3 helps calcium along. So the K helps direct it.

That’s a very short thumbnail of the vitamins and minerals. Read up on it yourself.

And here towards this later stage of the lock downs, what did all the tyrants start to do? Closed the parks.

And what do you get walking outdoors in the parks? Sunlight. And what does sunlight on the skin do? It makes Vitamin D in your body.

My daily vitamin has 1000 IUs of Vitamin D which is 125% of recommended dosage. Also has zinc.

However, you can safely take up to 4000 IUs, according to most stuff I’ve read. I’ve started supplementing a bit, I bought D3 vitamins with zinc and some other stuff, but a “full dose” of those is only another 600 IUs. So I think I’m well within safe limits.

i can’t say it will help, but i haven’t seen a single study that DOESN’T show bad outcomes have high D-Defiency.

there are calculators available
online for your location time of year time in sun..

also if supplementing vitamin d look into vitamin k
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vitamin-d-and-vitamin-k#section3

it can help coagulate blood so it might not be wise if one has covid..
