What I recall from the briefing:
I think that sunshine was the best — 90 seconds.
Clorox and isopropyl alcohol were about five minutes.
I could be wrong.

Partly wrong. bleach 5 minutes. Rubbing alcohol 30 seconds and faster if you actually rubbed it.
I had have some alcohol pads that are used for skin cleaning that would work except for the fact that they are so small they are basically useless.

As I recall he said bleach took five minutes and the alcohol 90 seconds with no rubbing.

I think the isopropyl alcohol was better then bleach but a couple of minutes
