He’s probably got what friends of mine refer to as chemo brain.
Apparently, having been on chemo can really affect your personality. These friends attest to it having watched family members go through chemo and I saw it in a friend who had been on it.
Regardless, maybe it’s time for him to hang up the *Closed* sign or find someone else to take over the business.
I am not keeping up but he was on a trial and went off of it due to side effects
Not sure he is on Chemo.
But that same can be said if the cancer goes to the brain.
I agree. As the years come and go more rapidly, the time left becomes ever more precious.
I’m guessing it’s denial. He has stage IV lung cancer, and, like me with my extra fat and possible pre-diabetes, he could have his butt kicked, maybe for good, by this. He does not want to think about that.
In time, we all end. Who wants to live forever?
