I live in Carroll County, GA, about 35 miles west of Atlanta. The state of GA publishes the age, sex and whether or not there were underlying conditions for every one of the 139 deaths in GA (as of yesterday). I ran a spreadsheet on this data and discovered the following:
Average age at death was 69.8 years.
About 60% male, 40% female.
Of the 139 deaths, 95 had underlying conditions, 4 had no underlying conditions, and 44 were "unknown".
How about your state?

A guy on the radio gave the information then an investigative reporter said she was working on it also. To be a positive case in Colorado you have to have a positive test OR have been in contact with a positive, OR have symptoms to be counted positive. Regular flu can have the same symptoms so they are counted as positive.

In Italy, the average age of COVID death is 79+ years.
In New York City, 98.4 of the fatalities hav secondary health problems.
I’d wager those other health problems are primary. COVID came along later and was secondary.
That’s interesting that the median is above the average. Twenty year olds skewed it.

Fort Collins is in Larimer county. Most of the county is wide open prairie and mountain foothills. My daughgter was a medical technician there until a few days ago when she resigned over a few payroll shenanigans and closed dr. Offices. They weren’t exactly overflowing with c19 then.
Hypothetically would have cut my mother’s lifespan by 32-33 years if she had died at 69.
