No, he wasn't. People were free to enter and leave as they pleased. If THEY spread any pathogens among themselves, it's their own damn business.

Nobody made the congregants go to church at gun point or under forced coercion, if they are there, they are on their own nickle. Snake handling and drinking poison comes to mind however. Quarantining afterward, however, might be a consideration

Those who give up freedom for safety or security, deserve none of the above. having said that, i am avoiding all crowds of more than two right now. I do not see how they can arrest anyone though. It’s that silly constitution thingy.
