Good, the more people who like him think he’s viable the more likely they won’t go all in for their 2020 nominee, Biden since they’ll be dreaming of Cuomo 2024. If he’s viable he won’t be if he steps over Bernie without winning a single vote.
Don’t kid yourself. The Dems are masters at making even last-minute, illegal candidate switches if they see their official candidate’s not gonna fly. If Joe is forced to toss his delegates their way, a Hillary/Andrew ticket could be coming out of the convention. Or, if the party can nudge free enough from the Clintons, an Andrew/Stacy or Kamala ticket. Or whatever.
