DC 24 tests
MD 95 tests in entire state
VA 35 tests in entire state
Every single senior government official, Executive, Legislature, Judicial—should be tested, no exceptions.
That will solve the optics problem—and imho net a bunch of positives as well.

As we discussed yesterday, GA has a better approach than other states since they are creating a true quarantined area for folks tested positive.
If they can test quickly and then quarantine areas of the state with clusters, they could be in the best shape of any state in the country when all this is done.
You want to be the _first_ to “over-react”. Then you win.
