Q+ isn’t the only POTUS to sneak OFFCONUS for clandestine visits to troops, etc.
Remember that the fighter that Bush43 flew in and landed on the carrier (”Mission Accomplished”) was designated AF1 until he got out.

The India trip fits better. AF1 will be in the air for a longer period of time. The rallys do not concume as much time and he us usually hopping. Longest trip for Rally would be Cali and that is only a few hours.
