How much info did the DOJ obtain from deposition and discovery in the Strzrok dismissal case? (wherein S. sued the DOJ for his dismissal)?
How much more will be obtained in the coming cases related to the NSC re-assignments?
If Ciaramella is among the 70 (he well could be) he would necessarily HAVE to expose himself as the Whistleblower to assert his “whistleblower anonymity” protection. DOJ can state that they were unaware that [EC] was protected because IG never provided anyone the identity.
Will we have 70 whistleblowers; 70 FUTURE whistleblowers?
